Where we ship

We ship within the United States. International shipping isn't available yet, but it's coming.

When your order ships

In stock items leave our Boulder studio within 3 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your box is on its way.

Preorders ship on the date listed on the product page. The Travel Buddy™ is currently scheduled to ship by November 20, 2026. If that date changes for any reason, we'll email you right away and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders with both

If your order includes an in stock item and a preorder, we'll send the in stock item right away rather than making you wait. Your preorder follows on its scheduled date. Two boxes, one shipping charge. You won't pay extra.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Orders of $75 or more ship free.

Delivery times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are. Holiday season can run longer, and that's out of our hands once the carrier has it.

If your tracking hasn't moved in several days, or your box arrives looking rough, email hello@kindwishco.com with your order number. We'll chase it down.
